L'intelligence Artificielle

Defining artificial intelligence: it's a sum of technologies compiling data and carrying out actions. Artificial intelligence learns as it accumulates data. Many concrete applications have already been deployed and others will soon follow.

Chatbots (conversational agents):  chatbots are online tools made to answer simple (at least for now) questions. They are used in customer service or to help Internet users navigate sites or via social networks (Facebook Messenger, Twitter). A relatively precise answer is formulated based on the words of the question.

On smartphones and smart speakers, chatbots take the shape of vocal assistants such as Siri or Ok Google. These find information and interact with the applications.

IoT sensors: with connected sensors, the information is collected, processed (determining electricity consumption, water flow or a machine’s cadence, for example) and transmitted automatically.

Blockchain technology: this technology can be compared to a register in which each piece of information is certified and where all steps are recorded without intermediaries. Coupled with artificial intelligence, blockchain technology can secure transactions.
