Datanumia, as the Data Controller, is committed to protecting your personal data. As such, this privacy policy aims to inform you of how your data is processed and to ensure compliance with the regulations established, particularly by the European Regulation EU2016/679 of April 27, 2016, as well as the amended French Data Protection Act 78-17 of January 6, 1978.

3. How long is my data retained?

The collected data will be processed and retained for the duration necessary concerning the purposes for which they are processed, in compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and texts.

  • Information about you used to process any requests will be retained for 6 months after the request is closed.
  • In the case of a newsletter subscription request, your email address is retained as long as you have not withdrawn your consent to receive these newsletters.
  • For statistical processing and exclusively for study purposes, if the analysis requires it, the initial retention period for all this data may be extended up to 3 years, in accordance with Article 5 of the GDPR.
  • Satisfaction survey data is retained for 25 months.

These data may also be communicated to authorized service providers for the fulfillment of processing purposes.

We also share necessary data with EDF when your request concerns your EDF contract.

 

7. Will my data leave the European Union?

Your personal data will be hosted within the European Union either by Datanumia or by its service providers.

However, as Datanumia remains free in its choice of technical and/or commercial partners, it reserves the right to host or transfer certain data to subcontractors located outside the European Union, provided they offer sufficient guarantees regarding GDPR requirements, particularly if the countries offer an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Articles 44 and following of the European Regulation EU2016/679 of April 27, 2016.

 

8. Are my data secure during processing?

All individuals who have access to your data are authorized and bound by a confidentiality obligation.

To this end, and in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, Datanumia and all its subcontractors commit to implementing all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the processed data.

As it is up to each individual to ensure the security of their personal data, we advise you to take the necessary measures to guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data while browsing the Datanumia website and when entering them into contact forms.

Additionally, connection and browsing data, known as "technical logs," are collected based on our legitimate interest to allow us to operate and secure our sites and detect or trace any abnormal use, malicious attempt, or cyber intrusion. The retention period for these "technical logs" is 12 months.

 

9. I have different rights, how can I exercise them?
