No, some measurement points can be read remotely and do not require the installation of additional equipment. Depending on your needs and the data to be measured, our experts will propose an optimized metering plan tailored to the configuration of your site and your requirements.

What is not covered by the maintenance contract? Icon illustrating an arrow

Datanumia does not cover the following maintenance:

  • Predictive: technology changes or addition of extra equipment
  • Control: periodic on-site visits
  • Equipment not installed by Datanumia
  • Equipment modified or damaged by the customer or a third party
  • Equipment malfunctions related to climatic events

We offer a preventive consumable replacement service, which allows us to replace batteries to ensure continuous measurement by your battery-powered transmitters.
