Managing consumption, a requirement driven by the BACS Decree

Since 2021, the BACS Decree requires commercial buildings equipped with HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems to implement an automation and control system to reduce energy consumption.

This often takes the form of a Building Management System (BMS) (BMS) or Centralized Technical Management (CTM).

It is estimated that around 400 000 commercial sites are affected.

Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment is installed on my site? Icon illustrating an arrow

To make the BMS service operational, 4 types of devices are needed: thermostats in each room, repeaters, an actuator on each piece of equipment, and one or more PIB boxes at the building level. The PIB box receives the execution orders configured on the scheduling interface.

Which communication protocol is used? Icon illustrating an arrow

Wireless communication between the devices and the PIB box is based on the ZigBee radio protocol.

Do you provide customer support? Icon illustrating an arrow

Yes, our customer service is available 7 days a week, by phone or by email.

Will the BMS platform support other use cases in the future? Icon illustrating an arrow

Yes. Our solution is designed to evolve progressively, with upcoming coverage for additional segments such as lighting, domestic hot water, ventilation, and electricity generation.
