Building Management System (BMS)
Control your buildings remotely and reduce energy consumption.
Optimize the energy management of your commercial and collective buildings with our turnkey solution.
From our online platform, remotely control your equipment and achieve an average of 15% savings on your energy bill.

Managing consumption, a requirement driven by the BACS Decree
Since 2021, the BACS Decree requires commercial buildings equipped with HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems to implement an automation and control system to reduce energy consumption.
This often takes the form of a Building Management System (BMS) (BMS) or Centralized Technical Management (CTM).
It is estimated that around 400 000 commercial sites are affected.

Frequently Asked Questions

To make the BMS service operational, 4 types of devices are needed: thermostats in each room, repeaters, an actuator on each piece of equipment, and one or more PIB boxes at the building level. The PIB box receives the execution orders configured on the scheduling interface.

Wireless communication between the devices and the PIB box is based on the ZigBee radio protocol.
